There are many ways to join the RSA community. Not everyone who comes to RSA starts off as a permanent employee, and some choose to stay with us for briefer durations. Currently, RSA offers two kinds of non-permanent positions: Contractors and Contact Centre (Temp) roles.

RSA Contractors work on expansive, exciting programmes inside the company. When not leading projects, they often serve as PAs or in support roles, and help us to carry out critical business functions. Our contractors typically have their own LTD companies, or work through umbrella companies. They have a particular set of skills that allow them to excel in niche roles. They’re paid at very competitive day rates and can work at a variety of RSA locations.
Temporary employees at RSA will often work in our call centres or in customer service. Currently, we recruit for Contract Centre roles in Peterborough, Halifax, Liverpool and Glasgow. At times, these temporary positions lead to more permanent opportunities and ultimately – a longer rewarding career with RSA.
